The Enterprise SPICE project has completed phase 1, development of the initial model, with the publication of Enterprise SPICE® - An Integrated Model for Enterprise-wide Assessment and Improvement, Technical Report, Issue 1, September 2010. We are now in the deployment phase of the project, working in areas such as training, marketing, communication, partnerships, assessment, tool support, and guidance documents.
Concurrently the Advisory Board (AB) for the initiative has completed its current 2-year term. It is now time to elect members for the next AB.
Nominations are therefore invited. Those wishing to serve on the AB need to submit a brief resume as well as responses to the following two questions:
• what in their background or current position qualifies them to be on the AB (example: experience with authoring standards or process improvement models, sponsored, led or participated in an appraisal or audit against any standard or model, ....)
• how they plan to further the interests of Enterprise SPICE
See the AB charter for rules on AB composition and expectations from Board members at: http://enterprisespice.ning.com/notes/Governance
This is your opportunity to participate in the governance of this major innovation in international process improvement standards. Over 120 volunteer Enterprise SPICE participants, from over 30 countries are engaged in this important initiative.
